1. Are you a latex balloon factory?
We are a balloon manufacturer, currently producing high-end latex balloons.
2. I want to purchase from your company, how is the freight?
Thank you for your approval. Air freight and sea freight are different. Air freight is usually calculated by kilograms; sea freight is calculated by cubic meters. Please let me know the freight method you need, I will check and calculate
3. What is your payment method?
We usually use T/T payment method. You can pay a prepayment of 30%-50%, and the remaining amount must be paid before we ship. During this period, we will show the progress of your goods in the form of photos or videos.
4. I want to buy customized balloons and print our logo or slogan on the balloons. Can you provide it?
We can provide you with balloon layout, printing, packaging and other services.
5. Can your products be exported to my country?
Most of our products are exported to overseas markets, and we can ship to your country.
6. Do you make balloons for your own brand or for OEM?
The balloons we produce are mainly for OEM for customers. We can provide you with brand OEM, including product packaging design, product assembly, and packaging labeling.
7. I am a multi-variety business company. Can you help me find other products in China?
We can provide you with services to find other products. Our company has a procurement business team composed of 3 people. They are responsible for negotiating prices with domestic factories and arranging procurement and transportation. Each of them has been engaged in procurement for more than 5 years and has rich procurement experience in this field.
8. Excuse me, I purchase a wide variety of products, which need to be purchased from different factories, but I need to collect these products together for shipment. Can you help me?
Of course. We have a warehouse of about 2,000 square meters to store goods. We can collect the products you purchase from different manufacturers in my warehouse and ship them together.
9. Excuse me, how long is your lead time? How long can I receive the goods?
Depending on your order, our lead time is usually 12-15 days. The air freight time is about 10 days; the sea freight time is about 30-50 days.
